HOW IS MY RATING DETERMINED ?
We determine Your rating after each trip base on your experience during your ride. This is usually range from 1 to 5 stars. The overall average will be recorded against your name e.g Rider and Driver, This will enhance our service solidify our operation
BE A 5 STAR RIDER
As a rider , your driver do consider the following to determine your rating. Dont delay your driver as soon as they arrived.
Treat your driver and their vehicle in a manner they are expected to be treated
Calm while on ride , don’t mount pressure on your driver and do not break any rules

Your experience during your trip with gooloops is very important therefore rider driver have opportunity to rate each other. This is to ensure that we provide quality service for both rider and driver
To see your rating:
1. Open to gooloops driver app
2. Find and click rating to see your current rating

2. Find and click menu to see your current rating below your name
If your rating fail to appear here, this could be as a result of you are yet to complete minimum number of trip for you see your rating
