HOW TO REQUEST A RIDE 

1. Launch your gooloops rider app

2. Click on Where to

3. Click on pick up location to enter your pick up location or set up pick up  location from map

4. Click on destination to enter your destination address  or click on destination field and set up destination address  location from map

5.  swipe through vehicle available options  in your area.

6. Double click on your desire vehicle option to see vehicle capacity and fare click info icon beside fare to see your rate then click done

7. Click request button to merge you with a driver. Your will receive your pickup notification and time it will take your driver to arrive, driver name, vehicle type , driver rating, vehicle number and OTP 8. Click on message icon on screen bottom right hand side to contact the driver's

9. double click white screen at the botton of the app screen to have access to cancel trip option or contact driver option

10. You will receive a notification when your driver has arrived.

11. Confirm and verify your driver using driver name, vehicle plate number, driver picture

12. Give your driver your OTP number to commence the trip
