HOW TO GET TRIP RECEIPT

Your trip receipt can be found in your register email address with gooloops once your trip end check your spam or junk folder if you don't find it we provide you a  trip history of every of your  ride in our app. To update your email address  login into rider account using https://gooloops.com/signin_rider

click profile, locate and update email address  then click save

1. Launch your App, click app menu and tap "Your Trips

2. Select a past trip.

3. This will give you your  trip history to review

4 Details of the receipt can be seen by tapping receipt

To download your receipt , sign in to https://gooloops.com/signin_rider and select "My Trips" from the menu. Filter or Tap  trip to see trip details . Click download button to download your trip receipt
