RATING A DRIVER

you can determine driver and rider conduct using our rating system this provide avenue for gooloops community to determine the conduct of rider and service of driver ahead.

gooloops will prompt you to rate the driver at the end of the trip

you can as well rate your driver during your journey (depending on your location):

1. Launch gooloops app.

2. Click white screen to display trip details.

3. Click Rate 

4. Select the number of stars (1-5) you want to rate your driver.

5. Add comment  if you want to and select "Save."

How To Tip A Driver

If you rate the driver: - 5 stars, you'll see the option to give them a compliment. Most riders provide a 5-star rating unless there was a specific issue with the trip.

If you rate the driver: - Less than 5 stars, you'll be prompted to provide specific feedback about the trip or driver from a list of common issues. A 1-star rating typically means there was a serious problem with a driver.

Issues like trip price, app issues, or inconvenient pool matches aren't the driver's fault, so won't count toward their overall rating.

You can rate a driver within 30 days of a trip. The driver will never see the rating you give.
