IS THEIR ANY CANCELLATION CHARGE WITH GOOLOOPS RIDE

Cancellation of ride is open to our users, this can be done at any time but you could be charge if driver is assigned to you. This fee is  for compensation of  driver and associate for routing to your location. we  advice you to request for ride as soon as you are ready to do so

EFFECT OF TRIP CANCELLATION

You may be charge for cancellation fee if any of the below condition take place

when you cancel after driver have being assigned to you

when driver cancel after few minute at your pickup location for no show up

EFFECT OF SLOW DRIVER RESPONSE

We may waive your cancellation fee, if your driver is not prompt to pick up location that your driver take much longer time to arrive
