CONTACT OUR DRIVER

You can communicate with your driver using gooloops app about your pickup location but note this is done when driver is assigned to you

To contact your driver:

1. T Click on the driver information bar at the bottom of the app screen

2. Choose "Contact" by either calling driver or messaging your driver

Note your driver will response to your call or message once his not on steering
