if any of your valuables are missing on transit with gooloops driver kindly contact us at support@gooloops.com by stating trip id ,your phone number and driver name as the email title. Give details of what happen as the body of the letter

If your driver confirm the lost, you are responsible to contact the driver to collect your found item

All our driver are independent contractor , therefore it is not either gooloops or driver responsible for your lost item. We could only provide help in this situation but not providing you  guaranty where your lost item may be found note that the time it will take to return your item by the driver is part of driver personal time and schedule
