Review My Cancellation Fee
Cancellation of ride is open to our users, this can be done at any time but you could be charge if driver is assigned to you. This fee is for compensation of driver and associate for routing to your location. we advice you to request for ride as soon as you are ready to do so. Our driver can as well cancel your trip if you fail to show up at your pickup location after waiting discretion of the driver assigned to you. You could be charge a cancellation fee in this scenario

IF YOU ARE CHARGE FOR CANCELATION
1. Click on menu icon, then
click Your Trips
2. check on your Past trips and locate and
click cancel in your trip status
3. Under Receipt you will see
your cancellation fee status
